3STARS is established in Hong Kong in 1988 and fully owned a branch in the capital of China - Beijing.  3STARS is one of the leading manufacturers/supplier of in-flight textiles and giveaway gifts including:  Socks, Eyeshades, Fire Retardant Blankets, Disposable towels, and Over-night Amenity Kits etc.  Our products supply to British Airways, United Airlines, Cathay Pacific, KLM, North West, Swissair, Air Canada, Air China, Malaysia Airlines, Kuwait Airways.  3STARS is also the members of Hong Kong Commercial Chamber and Hong Kong Trading Council.

3STARS owns three factories in China, which included 272 units of stocking knitters (socks machines), 120 units of sewing machines, 144 units of Jacquard looms (textile machines), 60 units of  terry towel looms (textile machines), dyeing machines and finishing machines etc.  We employ over 1010 skillful workers and 130 quality control inspectors.  We are sure that you will be satisfied with our quick response services and the excellent qualities of our goods.

 3STARS is enjoying an excellent reputation through a decade and a half business experience.  The local governments of China Shangdong, Jiangxi and Hebei provinces recognize our quality products and huge exportation quantity by giving our factories the best political and as low as zero-interest-loan supports.  The local TV broadcasting companies interviewed our factories several times about our products and the Quality Management System.  Besides, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) also interviewed 3STARS twice and present our elegant products in the <Hong Kong Enterprise> magazine with an emphasis twice. 

Our products had passed through quality checks and product testing for many official organizations including:

          1) SGS Hong Kong Limited International Certification Services;
          2) States Textile Product Quality inspections Center of China;
          3) China Import & Export Community Inspection Bureau.

Testing items included AZO-free test, flammability test and hygiene test etc. These results indicated that our products are qualified with nowadays international in-flight supplies standard.

 3STARS manufacture the inflight textile products from spinning yarn process, dyeing process, weaving process, cutting and sewing process to finishing process, which is from raw materials to final products, therefore 3STARS is able to maintain high quality airline/hotel textile supplies coupled with competitive pricing.  

 Quality Products:
 We have sufficient inspection spots located through out each production lines to provide the desired quality goods to our esteemed customers.  Upon the request of new customers, we may arrange independent inspection agent like SGS, STR to conduct the Final Random Inspection before shipments.

In order to provide the shortest delivery time and eliminate the extra storage cost.  Our enormous production capacity should be an advantage.  We also cooperated with famous shipping agents closely in the past years and will continue to provide the cheapest shipping cost and smoothest sailing.

 

　

All products are produced to individual customer specifications in terms of weight, colour, size, form of identification.  Options include jacquard / print / embroidered logos.
